I do not expect to work at Red Hat much longer. Maybe just a bit
longer. Not too much though.

Advise appreciated, thanks, I'm sure your only intention is to make
sure that I'm happy in my role in order to contribute the most to this
company. Coincidentally, that's exactly my only intention too.

P.S. English being my second language though, I am confident enough of
my communication skills to stop trainloads of hypocrisy if needed,
when needed and the way I deem it. Do your homework. Check some
previous posts of mine if you are aiming at firing me. Got no doubt
you got the skills that earn you the money. And I have even less
doubts to appreciate that you are smart enough to know what I might
mean. Hiring smart people is the *best* asset this company has.
Underusing their skills might not. But hey, it's certainly not me who
would dare to share some random management pearls of wisdom here and
there. Who knows, they might be worth it and somebody might take
credit and even profit for them. ;)

Beauty. I think I could speak for ages on beauty. I don't believe in
absolute Truth. I think that the concept of an absolute Truth is not
only perverse in its essence but potentially venomous for the human
rationality. Us humans, such an amazing piece of coded information,
able to do anything from the most Evil to the simply Sublime. Someone
must be having a goooood laugh at this big big big joke called
Universe. So hey, let's go along with the greeks and shout out loud:
"Laugh at everything, for nothing does really matter"

So hey, hell yeah, let's have a laugh. You are some kernel hackers
riding your egos while changing the world one patch a time and I must
be a fucking clown with half a demigod, half a demievil inside not to
ride mine too! Hey, some people would say we'd certainly have some
potential for a good laugh!!! :P

Authority...ahhh authority... that's another lovely word I'd write so
many verses about... Authority is nothing eXoteric but eSoteric, it
arises from the inner core of your Being when you know that what you
deem to be RIGHT is the RIGHT thing to do. Whoever likes it or not.
Also known as fucking *ETHICS*. The world is ridden by eXoteric
MORALITY. Nobody knows what is right or wrong these days. Such a sad
times we live in.

Ethics can arise only from the inner *Knowledge of the Self*. Know
Thyself. Temet Nosce. Nosce te ipsum, yeah... even written above Neo
at the Oracle's.. but hey, that was just a fucking stupid movie of
flying muppets... you have to be mad enough to be called Ken Wilber to
get it...

The Inner Self, where good and bad dilute because Life wasn't a place
conceived to suffer, but just to be in awe at all the Beauty
surrounding us, miracles happening all the time... with only some of
us noticing the joy of a stupid thing like a cloudy landscape in the
twilight hour. Best hour for photographies, incidentally...

And here we are. In our search for Beauty. What is Beauty. Ahhhh. Such
a good question. Beauty is but *Truth* shinning. We cannot aprehend
absolute Truth... only itself shining. And that's Beauty. The beauty
and elegance of Beauty is that it's just there, for anybody to grasp.
The sharper your Counsciousness, the more Beauty you grasp. The more
you enjoy. The happier you are. The happiest the Universe gets... and
that's the essence of Love too.

The biggest obstacle to ride in the quest for the Know Thyself is

FEAR

It keeps us from getting to the core. From discovering the diamond we
carry inside. Only if we dare to. And that's the point when we become
HYPOCRITES with ourselves. Because we fear ourselves. Because we fear
Truth. HYPOCRISY with ourselves is what will kill us all as humans. If
we let it grow as the cancer it is.

I have got, essentially, 5 problems.

1 - I know myself. As a result, I'm extremely happy with myself. As a
result, I don't depend on anything.
2 - When I consult my ethics and I know I'm right, I am not afraid of
anything. Anything.
3 - I don't care about money.
4 - I'm behaviourally amoral. I don't respect any kind of Authority
that doesn't arise from a True Self but mine.
5 - I joined RH to do my best to change the world.

Freedom arises, fundamentally, from:

- Being *Conscious* of your Acts.
- Taking FULL responsibility for them.

Speak for what you deem *YOUR* Truth. I will speak for *MY* Truth.

Something to aspire to XXXXX? It's either THE *ultimate quest* any
human being should aspire to, where all other quests pale in
comparison. Aaaaaah freedom... I usually take pride in spanish being
suchhhh a rich language to enjoy my word-fencing-hypocresy-smashing
skills at ease....

Ahh, If you think I might have a clue or two about how to mossssst
innocently and not that muchhh poignantly choose my anacoluthons, a
couple of epistrophes here and there, half a pound of puns and three
very sweeet slices of parrhesias in order to kick some phat assessss,
then you should learn some spanish if only to appreciate a good laugh
being the spectator of me delivering loads of love with some smoooth
spanish morphemessss.

This being one of those rare occasions where english language still
keeps on amazing me in awe day after day. While there is just one word
to express it in spanish: * LIBERTAD *, in english there are no less
than two to sharply precise the meaning:

Freedom. And Liberty.

It's the quest for LIBERTY, as the ability to do whatever you deem the
RIGHT thing to DO with your WILL, the one that is in jeopardy here, if
we give it just the slightest chance to strive.

Once treasured, nobody and nothing will be able to take it away from
you. For fuck sake, make yourself a favour entertaining yourself a wee
bit and stop absorbing so much mallocs for a while! :P Take a look at
The Shawshank Redemption. Andy Dufressne is FREE inside that prison.
That's the key to it all! That's the ONLY thing I'm after behind all
this.

given the chance to live in this time and do something about the way

In case you didn't get the game, Helen was extremely pissed off at me
being soooo poignant on a previous mail on January 22nd on uk-list,
about the rooms naming scheme in the new office at Farnborough. Bahhh,
something sooo intrahistorical as that. That mail made her feel like
scratching so hardddd places she didn't even knew she might have! She
was waiting for the occasion of me doing something silly to have her
petty revenge. That's why, after she found she had run out of
keepthedishwashingmachinecleanbitching, she saw the opportunity to go
for me at that damn "First FUCKING smart move I've seen on this
company since I joined." at my joy for the RHN liberation.

You'll loooooove to know that I have been given a written warning by
saying that on a public list. Hey, stoppp it, I haven't told you to
start to laugh! Yet. Hold it a bit longer if you can.

The *REAL* issue here is the reply that you had from no other than Mr.
Iain Gray himself, basically telling you to shut the FUCK up and if
anybody thought that was censorship, to give him a call. How does he
dare, to do that with the fucking amountsss of extremely brilliant
people around in a place where LIBERTY *IS* at the core of the ideals
behind the spoon that is feeding him???

Do you know who this guy is??? I *DO* know, I've had the pleasure of
endulging in some meetings with him. On him, I perceive ZERO inner
authority to command the team he is leading, GSS. Watch ANY of his
emails. Such a LACK of any content at all. I am MORE than willing and
ooooohsoyes able to prove all this with FACTS. Do you know what does
someone who has got ZERO inner authority to do when he feels his
integrity and well being are being threatened? You guessed it: he
tries to use his external authority. Though when those kind of people
meet people like me, for some reason, they tend to fail miserably. I
loveeee playing the drunkard, the fool, the stupid or the child: those
are the only ones who dare to bluntly shut out the *Truth* at anybody.
I laugh so hard at that kind of authority that equals hipocrisy. It's
the cancer of our days! Just listen to the next hourly world news
service! But hey, I wouldn't pass a good chance to deliver some
hyperbatons with loadssssss of love for the sake of a good laugh,
offfff course!

Do you know who has got all the eyes put on him because of this damn
quixoticschizoclown attitude of mine that hasn't got any tolerance for
the least amount of hypocrisy? My manager, Xavier Oleron, GSS EMEA
Director. He *DOES* know what kind of person I am. He *DOES* know
where my skills are. He *DOES* appreciate me because he realized so
quickly the way I was during my interview to be hired. That's why he
called my recruiter just 5 minutes after I left the office to tell him
not to let me escape at any cost. Heh. He *DOES* know that it wouldn't
be fair that they gave him the kick for something that is NOT his
fault but someone else above at the way things are done at GSS, so his
only choice now is to blame it all on me. And I so sincerely
understand his weak position now that I feel pity for him. They *DO*
know that they cannot kick me out because the snowball is now bigger
than they ever expected it to get.

XXXXX, oh XXXXX, XXXXX... Here I'm not fighting for the right to say
fuck in a mailing list. That's just too naïve mate.
